We pack with the upmost care. However, this cannot be said for ANY of the major mail carriers, so if it's wrecked in transit, you will have to take it up with the carrier - not me. If it's of value, please take out insurance, although in my experience it doesn't do a whole lot of good. All in all you'll find me easy to work with, so hopefully we don't have to go through the negative feedback thing - I'm always willing to work it out.
