All return claims must be initiated w/in 15 business days of receipt of the order.Returns for any reason other than damaged or defective will have a 20% restocking fee and return shipping fees will not be refunded. NEVER file a claim with FEDEX, that is for us to do. A proper claims process must be followed for your claim to be processed. You MUST take a digital photo of any & ALL damages within 15 days, & a picture of the box.This photo must then be forwarded to Loraleisr-Sales so we can evaluate the damage and either refund or replace,OUR CHOICE. Report any BOX damage when the item arrives to the carrier. If you refuse a shipment without going through the proper claims process, the 20% restocking fee will apply.
