Bear Figurine - Gardening

Lovely bear figurine measures approximately 4-1/2" wide x 4-1/2" deep x 4" high. He is dressed in overalls, wearing a jaunty hat while he tends to his flowers. I do not know the origins of this figurine. There are no stickers or labels.
