This is a very nice book. It is well constructed, has beautiful color pictures, great examples from case studies and well thoughtout descriptions of the Bach Flower Essences.

Whether you are new to Flower Essences or one who has used these remedies for many years, this book will have some relevance. The book is small enough to place anywhere so that it can be handy for immediate reference.

1. Cherry Plum

• Descriptive Use: UNCONTROLLED, IRRATIONAL THOUGHTS. NOTE: If symptoms are severe, help from a good therapist is recommended. These people feel they may explode and give way to violent impulses and fits of rage.
• Associated Questions: Do you fear losing control of yourself? Are you afraid of hurting yourself or others? Do you have a tendency to act irrationally and violently, exploding into unexplained fits of rage and anger?

2. Clematis

• Descriptive Use: INNATTENTIVE, DREAMY, ABSENT-MINDED, MENTAL ESCAPISM. They like to be alone and avoid confrontation by withdrawing. Lack of interest.

3. Impatiens

4. Rock Rose

• Descriptive Use: SUDDENLY ALARMED, SCARED, PANICKY. Often occurs after being in an accident, or narrowly avoiding or witnessing an accident. An acute thhreat - sickness, natural disaster, etc. - can cause these people to feel frozen and helpless with fear.
• Associated Questions: Do you feel terror and panic? Do you become helpless and frozen in the face of your fear? Do you suffer from nightmares?

5. Star of Bethlehem

• Descriptive Use: FOR ALL THE EFFECTS OF SERIOUS NEWS, OR FRIGHT FOLLOWING AN ACCIDENT, ETC. There are those who suffer serious distress and unhappiness under adverse conditions.

• Spritz on your house/garden plants
• Spray in household rooms or in meeting rooms/offices
• Place in Pet's water dish and/or put a drop or two in the palm of your hand and then pet the head while gently rubbing the remedy into the area
• Put a few drops in your bath water for a more relaxing environment
• Spritz each Chakra point after bathing
• Add a drop or two to the water that you use to cleanse your crystals
