TERMS OF SALE:
Sales are processed daily at the end of each day. We appreciate payment within three days of the end of the auction unless contacted for special arrangements. We do offer refunds; however, our refund policy is that we will issue a full refund of the sales price amount only upon return of the item in the same condition that it was sent and only if the item was not accurately described. Buyer will pay for return shipping charges. We welcome all bidders in good standing, but we highly recommend for all buyers to please read all of the other terms and ask any questions that you may have before making a bid on our items.
PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept Paypal for making payments. The faster the cleared payment is received, the faster the items are shipped to you. We do offer combined shipping; however, to receive a combined shipping discount, buyer must comply with the combined shipping terms (see Combined Shipping Terms).
SHIPMENT COSTS AND TERMS:
We pride ourselves on prompt shipment usually 1-2 days after cleared payment is received and the buyer has confirmed their shipping address. We also take great care in the packaging of our items to ensure safe delivery. Shipping and handling charges include all of the shipping and handling costs to provide you with the best possible shipping service. We strive to provide you with prompt shipment, safe packaging, and proper shipment to your shipping address. The shipping and handling charges also allow us to provide our buyers with low starting prices for our items. To ensure proper shipping, buyer must provide us with their correct shipping address before items are sent. Combined shipping discounts are available if you comply with the combined shipping terms.
COMBINED SHIPPING TERMS:
We do offer combined shipping. Buyer can receive a shipping discount for combining the shipment of all of the buyer's winning bids if the buyer notifies us that he/she wants to receive a shipping discount. Buyer must wait for us to send him/her an invoice with all of the buyer's winning auctions and the applicable shipping discount on the invoice. Buyer must pay for all of the items in the combined shipment in ONE single payment. After the agreed upon buyer's last winning auction ends, we will send the buyer one invoice, which will include the shipping discount and all of his/her winning auctions and related shipping costs. Buyer must comply with all of these terms to receive the combined shipping discount. Please ask us how our combined shipping discount works.
