You are bidding on a darling GUND Collectible Bear, named BEARESSENCE, #4890, in NEW WITH TAGS condition. This guy needs a loving home. He has been sitting in my shop for awhile and is lonely for someone to love him!

This Webstore store is operated out of my brick and mortar store, and I am available to answer questions during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, and sometimes Saturday. We are closed on Sundays to be with our families.

SHIPPING

Each item is shipped in a tear-resistant, poly mailer.

Please indicate if you wish to purchase additional shipping insurance. Insurance is not automatic, even when shipping Priority Mail. Seller is not responsible for damage that occurs while package is in transit.

I ship every business day, and am available to answer questions during normal business hours Monday through Friday.

Purchases may be combined for savings on postage and handling. Please request a revised invoice if you have purchased more than one item. You must request this discount; it is not automatic.

Shipping costs are calculated by the actual weight of the item and your zip code.

INDIANA residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

PAYMENTS

PayPal only, please, within 3 days of the end of the auction.

RETURNS

My policy is generally "AS IS - NO RETURNS". I have done my best to accurately describe this item and will stand behind it. However, if you receive an item that is not exactly as described, please contact me BEFORE attempting to return the item, and I will assist in working out a solution. Returns are not accepted due to size or style.

If a return is deemed appropriate, Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, and no refund will be issued until the item has been received by the Seller.
