This is a doll of the "HMONG" people. She carries an infant doll on her back, typical of Hill tribe people. She is 12 inches tall. In her hands she carries a netted basket and a tall straw basket. The doll is made of a variety of materials including wood, cloth, and metal and plastic (beads). The handwork is cleverly done in cross-stitching patterns with fine work on faces and hands. Papers of authenticity as well as authenticity information adhered to the bottom of the doll's stand, accompany this doll. This is a beautifully colorful doll and a great gift for a child or collector.
