Webstore policy states: Select "New" only if the product is brand new and in perfect condition.
It has never been opened, used, or worn. If the product normally comes
packaged, it is in its original packaging with all original packaging. I selected "new" for item condition, but THESE ARE NOT in it's original packaging, I do not want to mislead you.The other choices are "used" and "refurbished". These have never been used, never wired up, and they are not refurbished. So new was chosen as it is the most accurate description.
Now that that is out of the way, what we have here, is a lot of 5 Arrow Hart brand model GF5342 GFCI duplex receptacles, 20 amp rating, black in color - commercial grade - cross referance to Leviton 8899.
For those who do not know, these are designed to prevent electrical shock, primarily aroud wet locations line Laundry rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor locations. You do not need one in every outlet you need to protect necessarily. For example, if your master bath has two sinks, with an outlet near his sink for his electric shaver and one near her sink for her curling iron, and both outlets are on the same circuit, then on GFCI will act like a fast blow circuit breaker for both outlets.
