Appliqued Butterfly Quilt, 1930's - #1609106

A Butterfly appliqued quilt with the butterflys machine appliqued onto a 13.5" calico block. It has a 5" wide blue calico border. It is machine pieced and machine quilted. It has a cotton batting and cotton backing, see pics. There are 12 buterflys that are in need of repair. These vary from a minor .5" seam that needs to be repaired to a wing that 50% of the fabric needs to be reattached to the block. There are no stains or fading. It has a tag on the backing saying that the quilt was made by a Katie Geidel. This quilt measures 93" x 74" in size and is in very good condition.
