This 6-quart antique kettle shows signs of a lot of use! Brand mark on bottom is 'Modern Home'. Metal is aluminum with a wood handle grip. The 3-position bail ear was patented in 1927 by Ralph Kircher for West Bend Aluminum Company. For patent details, http://www.freepatentsonline.com/1644063.pdf

Condition issues include wear on the wood handle grip which would be expected. Other issues are scorching on the bottom and a couple of dents.
