Shipping, Handling, & Insurance

In addition to quality control at our oversea factory, we inspect arrived items for completeness and perform critical tests. Shipment conforms to sturdy packaging for possibly rough handling by US carriers. We ship your item via the freight carrier of our choice (usually UPS), typical transit time is 2 to 5 days, depending on your distance from Califonia, USA.

We ship to the Americas only. Shipping within continental USA is$38.00 flat fee for ground shipment , contact us (before bidding) for non-USA or air shipments. Insurance is purchased at your option, add $5.00. Shipping is DELAYED, container arriving (July 15th) . Once received, shipped same day! Container's items are being sold as we speak, unless you are comitted to a purchased quantity (e.g., through eBay), we do not guarantee availability.

We do not offer local pickup because we use a more efficient and automated system for orders taking and delivery. We only ship to physical adresses (i.e., no PO Box or FPO).

TERMS, CONDITIONS and WARRANTY

Payment. All payments must be received within 3 calendar days of close of auction or purchase date. We accept PayPal.

Inspection Upon Receipt. The customer must notify us, in writing, within 48 hours of receipt of damaged, non-conforming product. In the event of shipping loss or damage, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to file for an insurance claim and we will offer all necessary assistance to the purchaser for that purpose. Minor cosmetic damages that do not impact the operation or safety of the unit are expressly excluded under the terms of any return, warranty and/or insurance policy.

We reserve the right to make slight modifications necessary to the merchandise for product improvement. This includes raw material changes (e.g., color of the solar cells), therefore, the picture displayed is generic.

Suitability and Compliance. It is the responsibility of each purchaser to determine whether any particular product is in compliance with applicable rules, (building) codes and/or regulations, if any, and suitable for a particular use and operation. We make no representations or warranties whatsoever concerning the suitability of any merchandise for a particular use or purpose. The details, specifications, and information provided herein are from the manufacturer.

Returns

. All sales are final. Returns are not accepted under any circumstance. To the extent we may be obligated to accept returns, they are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Limited Warranty

A 25-year manufacturer's limited power warranty starts from the date of purchase warranting that under normal application, installation, use and service conditions, peak power output of solar modules shall not be less than 80% of the minimum peak power as specified in the manufacturer's specifications. In the event of power loss exceeding the aforementioned percentage, which is determined to be due to defects in material or workmanship, within the said 25 year period, the purchaser (i.e., you) shall contact the manufacturer (through us if necessary) for service or replacement . You shall be responsible for all shipping and handling costs of returning (both ways) faulty products or parts for replacement or repair. Certain items which are subject to normal wear and tear are specifically excluded from this limited warranty. We shall not be responsible for faulty installation, operation or maintenance of the product and as such it is recommended that installation, assembly, repair and maintenance be performed only by certified and qualified professionals. We reserves the right to require proof of same before honoring any parts warranty replacement/repair. Damage resulting from failure to use the product in a manner consistent with our/manufacturer抯 recommendations shall render the limited warranty void. This limited warranty specifically excludes any consequential and/or incidental damages. Although we may provide technical assistance via telephone or email to the customer, it is impossible to troubleshoot all matters via telephone or remote assistance. As such, any technical assistance by us is made without any warranty or guarantee and provided on 揳s is?basis. Although we will try to provide technical support remotely (via telephone/email), in many circumstances the technical issue/problem may not be resolved despite its best efforts. As such, you expressly acknowledge, as an express condition of this sale, that you may be required to consult a professional technician for troubleshooting/repair/start-up and that any such consultation, shall be at your sole responsibility and you shall bear all costs relative thereto. All such costs shall be your responsibility and we shall not be responsible for any consequential costs or expenses.

Jurisdiction

. This transaction shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and any dispute arising thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of California. By bidding and/or purchasing this item, the purchaser/bidder acknowledges that he/she/it has read and agrees with all of the policies, terms and conditions stated herein. No modifications to the terms contained herein shall be valid unless in writing and signed by our authorized agent.
