Adidas shorts, USED ITEM, size tag says XL for USA, and sz 30 for the UK, measures 13 inches laying flat across the top un-stretched, and stretches to 17 inches, no noticeable wear and tear, they actually appear to be new, there is no lining or draw string, manufacturer didn't put them in.
