2 Options: Paypal and Google Shopping Cart â both free services!
PayPal is the preferred method of payment. PayPal will guide you through the payment process. Payment through PayPal is the fastest way to get your item. PayPal protects both the buyer and the seller and is a FREE service for the buyer to register and process payments.
Google Shopping Cart is also available. It is free, fast, and secure.
For Non PayPal / Google Payments: We accept all major credit cards drawn on US banks for orders delivered in the United States only. However, we can only ship to the âBill toâ address of the credit card used for purchase. We cannot ship to 3rd party addresses. We can only ship to the billing address of the credit card used for payment. After completing checkout, winning buyers can email us through ebay to make arrangements for their non PayPal Payment. You may also call 305-454-8067 (PST) for payment instructions. We will ship your item/s after payment clears our bank. Email if you have any questions.
For Canadian customers, PAYPAL is required for purchase. This protects both the buyer and the seller. Canadian Buyers â Please Note:
· Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. The shipping Charges only pay for the Transportation of the product to you. It does NOT include customs fees or duties or brokerage fees.
· Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
· These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up â do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

All items ship within three business days from receipt of order and with cleared payment. If you need your item sooner, please choose one of the express options at checkout. If we are unable to ship your item within three business days, we will contact you via the email address provided at checkout.
Domestic Shipping:
Our items drop ship direct from our warehouse location. As Ground Shipping (within Continental U.S. is always free, (Additional Fee for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) the item may arrive via FedEx or UPS. Once the item ships, we will be happy to provide tracking numbers at your request.
Canadian Shipments:
Please provide us with a contact telephone number to insure proper delivery.

Return Policy: Item Exchange only. No Refunds.
All products are New and Inspected when received from the manufacturer and carry full manufacturer warranty. All products are tested and in perfect working condition before they are shipped so there should be no problem with the functionality of a product. Upon receipt by buyer, should the item be defective or need warranty repair, the Manufacturer will replace the item. For this reason, there are no refunds, only exchanges.
However, if you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us immediately and item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product and we will resolve the situation with an exchange. If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported immediately and noted on the delivery receipt for proper credit. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction so we will replace or exchange the item. Again, be sure to email us immediately (preferably within 7 days of receipt of the item).
Damaged / Defective Products Exchange: An RMA must be obtained for returns to be exchanged. Email us or Call 305-454-8067 to obtain an RMA. Boxes, packaging materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and products must be in their original condition without markings, tape, folds, or defacing of any kind. Products returned missing accessories or original packaging will not be accepted. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition or without an RMA will be returned to the customer without exchange. Condition will be assessed at our discretion.
Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for return/exchange items. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance on the package is encouraged.
