How To Redeem on Mac or Pc:
1. Please make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your computer.
2. To redeem the iTunes Gift Card, go to the iTunes Store and in the “Quick Links” section in the right column, select “Redeem.” Or go to the iTunes Store "Redeem Code" area directly by visiting apple.com/itunes/store/gifts.html
3. In the resulting screen, enter your iTunes Gift Card code in the field. This is the 16-digit code on the back of your card.
4. Once you redeem your iTunes Gift Card, the full amount appears as a credit next to your Apple ID in the upper-right part of the window.
5. Any time you buy an item, the purchase price will be deducted from the balance.

How To Redeem on iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad:
1. Tap iTunes App to open iTunes store.
2. Tap Music and scroll to bottom.
