I do a visual check only on most of the records I list. I do not play them because of the the time required. I will not list anything I think will not play. The records I list range from VG to New - Of Old Stock. If I list one that is Good, it will be a rare one so I will play it and try list the problems as best I can.

I use satellite to up load pictures to this site and it takes about 15 minutes a picture. I will not take time to load a picture for anything I sell for $3 or less.

I have been dealing on line for over 15 years. Mostly on ebay. ( Sellers ID charlieugs ) I deal mostly in different media's of vintage music. I have both records and tapes. I do sell some items on half.com and I have over 30,000 items at musicmagsandmore.com.
I try to be as honest as I can when describing an item but sometimes I may miss something or an item may get lost or damaged if not sold quickly. If I can not deliver the item it will be fully refunded. If an item is not as described I will fully refund when the item is returned to me. I do not give partial refunds, if the item is not as described return it. I do not give considerations if asked. If I wish to give a gift or free shipping to an honest repeat customer then I will. Intimidation does not work with me just makes me mad. Negative remarks do not bother me. Spent 25 years in the ARMY, I'm used to them and realize that you can't make all of the people happy. So feel free to say what you feel. However a lie is not a feeling and if you lie you will not be a repeat customer. If you leave a negative remark please do so in a constructive way to give me some idea of how to improve my descriptions. Calling me names and going off on a tangent is no way to conduct business. And will not garner any favor with me.

I try to ship on Mondays and Fridays unless they are classified a Holiday. When Mondays and Fridays are Holidays items will be mailed the next day. Exceptions: something out of the ordinary happens such as I have to go to the doctor, death in the family, I have a doctors appointment etc. then I will mail as soon as I can.
