Good quality, flexible but sturdy. Colors are better than they appear, the yellow is a bright yellow. These comes new in the retail package. Can be used for all sorts of crafts, sign making, costumes etc. I often use these and my other sheets with foam stickers and glitter glue to create decorations. I have a good selection of these available and will be posting new items daily.

I do not ship to Washington State.
