Returns: Items must be returned in un-used condition (i.e., not used, opened, broken or tested), in the original shipping packaging and with all original contents included. Item is returnable within 7 days of date received with the following stipulations that follow. See picture and contact seller before bidding if not sure this is the part you need. Items are inspected prior to shipping and are packaged to prevent damage. Items that have been installed or altered are non-returnable. Any shipping, installation, or incidental fees are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to us immediately. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned goods meeting the terms of our Return Policy. Returned items must be prepaid via traceable shipping method, such as UPS or FedEx. Customer is responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Our return policy does not cover the following items:
• The purchaser’s loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, towing expense, installation expense, commercial loss, rental cars, or other consequential damages
• On driveline components fluids, gaskets, seals, filters, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, clutches, water pumps, wiring, thermostats, sensors, hoses, belts, spark plugs and injectors are not guaranteed
• Claims that result from accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance, or improper installation
• Claims that result from the failure of other existing components.
• Parts installed in vehicles used for commercial, racing, or off-road purposes, or parts used for any purpose other then the original application.
• Return Policies are not transferable.
We and our subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, service providers, manufacturers, content providers, team members, agents, Officers, and Directors will not be liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages, including loss of revenue or income, pain and suffering, emotional distress, any form of bodily injury, property damage, damage to other parts of the vehicle in which the parts was installed, or similar damages, even if one of us has been advised of such damages. In no event will our collective liability to any party (regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the cost of replacing the part sold. The return policy is valid for a one-time replacement of the purchased part. Should the product be unavailable at the time a replacement is requested, we will refund you the money you paid for the part less shipping and handling charges. To obtain performance of this return policy, you should contact us and return the product as we instruct at your expense. A dated purchase receipt or other written proof that the product is within the return policy period will be required in order to honor your claim. This return policy is limited to the original customer and is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product.
