2 Iowa Railroad Covers ~ Southern Railway Fort Dodge Logo IA

Here are two railroad covers from the state of Iowa. They are addressed to the Great Northern Railroad in St. Paul, Minnesota.
1 ~ From the Southern Iowa
Railway Company in Centerville, Iowa. It was postmarked with meter mail
from Centerwille on March 18, 1948. It has a slogan - Public I.S.U. Co.
Service. The envelope was opened along the top edge. It has corner
creases and edge wear.
2 ~ From the Fort Dodge, Des
Moines & Southern Ry. Co, in Boone, Iowa. It has a logo for the Fort
Dodge Line. It was postmarked from Boone on May 5, 1948. The glue is
still on the flap. It has light corner and edge wear.
