Here are two railroad covers to add to your collection. They are both from California. The top postal cover was postmarked from McCloud, California on May 23, 1949. It has an additional 2 cent stamp on it.

It is addressed to Mr. Geo. F. Hardy, Gen. Frt. Mgr. at the Great Northern Railroad Company in St. Paul, Minn. The return address is the McCloud River Railroad Company in McCloud, CA.

The cover was neatly opened along the top edge. It measures 3 3/4" x 6 3/4". Very nice condition, with some light crinkles.

The bottom cover was postmarked from Exeter, CA on October 3, 1951. It is addressed to the same railway as the above envelope. The return address is the Visalia Electric Railroad Company in Exeter, CA. Very nice condition, with light crinkles.
