1999 Lincoln cent doubled struck rotated in collar NGC MS-65 RD. The rotated doubled struck details are all over the obverse and reverse, very rare error coin. This is a full red coin, very nice eye appeal . The picture is the actual item(s) you will receive. All orders will ship with insurance or delivery confirmation or both. Combined shipping available for multiple auctions (within 3 days-must make one single payment). Personal checks are held until cleared, but money orders, cashiers checks and Paypal ship with no wait. 7 day return privilege if the item is not as described (the item must be in it's original holder), s/h fee non refundable.
