Item Description
This beautiful Hallmark porcelain ornament measures about 6 inches tall and is mounted on a brass pole about 8 inches long. It was designed by well-known carousel artist, Tobin Fraley, after the style of Charles Carmel carved carousel horses. It can be hung on the tree, or used as a standing display with the dated brass stand included in the package. This ornament #QX489-1 is Mint in Box and was issued in 1992 for 28.00, as the first in a series of four. It has only been opened for inspection/photo, and has been stored in an air-conditioned, smoke-free environment.
Shipping charges to countries other than the US will be higher, based on USPS International Postal Rates.

Buyers outside the US, shipping is by First Class International Mail. Insurance and Tracking is NOT available on this option. If you want it tracked and/or insured, it must be sent Priority Mail International. Please use the Shipping Calculator or contact me. Fees for these services are included in my Handling Charge.
