1990 Wedgwood Blue Jasperware Christmas Plate
Wedgwood issued its first annual Christmas plate in 1969. This series of blue and white jasperware Christmas plates featured landmarks from London and the surrounding areas and districts
The center features the applied white jasper 3D dimensional setting of The Durham Cathedral

White jasper cherubs with embossed Christmas bells frame the scalloped edges of the plate
Jasper is an unglazed fine stoneware able to receive numerous colors and bear finely modeled decoration in relief. Each motif is made individually from clay and is hand applied to the colored background
No original box or papers
Plate measures 7 1/4 inches across

Terrific Condition – there are a couple of light vintage yellowing areas on the white jasper scene in the center – see pictures
Shipping within the U.S. via USPS with Delivery Confirmation will be $8.95. Insured U.S. shipping is optional but recommended as I cannot control what happens to your package once I hand it over to the Post Office. If you would like insurance please include $1.70 in the total. If you would like me to ship outside the U.S. please contact me for a shipping quote as international shipping rates will be higher.

Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving item. Buyer must contact me at sanibelsheller@msn.com to initiate a return. Buyer pays all shipping fees. Item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped in, unopened or unworn if new etc. Items must be safely received by me before I will issue a refund.
