Two envelopes with First Day Cover Flag Stamps, coat of arms and cancellation/postmark of the day the stamps were issued
Both envelopes and stamps include information on each county’s coat of arms and their flags
These have been sealed and carefully stored and are in terrific condition
Shipping within the U.S. via USPS with Delivery Confirmation will be $3.50. Insured U.S. shipping is optional but recommended as I cannot control what happens to your package once I hand it over to the Post Office. If you would like insurance please include $1.70 in the total. If you would like me to ship outside the U.S. please contact me for a shipping quote as international shipping rates will be higher.

For payment I accept Google Checkout, Pay Pal, U.S. money orders and personal checks. I will not ship this item until your personal check has cleared my bank. Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving item. Buyer must contact me at sanibelsheller@msn.com to initiate a return. Buyer pays all shipping fees. Item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped in, unopened or unworn if new etc. Items must be safely received by me before I will issue a refund.
