Item Description
This is a useful and lovely little set of three nesting boxes. They are 3 inches high and measure across the center 5 3/8", 4 3/4", and 4 1/4". The stamp on the bottom says "Alcohol and Stain Proof, Lacquer Ware by Davar - New York - Japan, Just wipe with a damp cloth to bring out its beauty. 1965 Davar Products Inc., all rights reserved " The lacquer finish is in really good condition. They look like they're new, but the stamp clarifies that they certainly are not. I'd never have believed they were 45 years old if the stamp didn't say it. They are quite pretty and storage of any kind is always a plus! These can be used for jewelry, tidbits, candy, cotton balls, pretty much anything you want.
