Four 3 cent stamps with the Wisconsin State Capital and a banner on the side that has the outline of the state of Wisconsin and Wisconsin Centennial 1848 – 1948’, ‘Forward’ across the top and United States Postage across the bottom, postmarked/cancellation Madison, Wis 9 AM May 29, 1948
Envelope is sealed in plastic and has been carefully stored

Shipping within the U.S. via USPS with Delivery Confirmation will be $3.00. Insured U.S. shipping is optional but recommended as I cannot control what happens to your package once I hand it over to the Post Office. If you would like insurance please include $1.70 in the total. If you would like me to ship outside the U.S. please contact me for a shipping quote as international shipping rates will be higher.
