This is a Great 1945 all original magazine print ad that shows The most Famous Anti-Invasion Pillbox, Camouflaged as a Bookstall In front of Westminister Abbey. This was not released until after the danger of invasion from Europe had vanished. Camouflage experts tried to post Closed on Sundays, Not open on Weekdays to prevent people from 'trying to shop' at the newstands! A Great Old piece of American History! This is pretty black & white art work and full size ad measures 10 3/8 X 14".
