Has illustrations of Accounting-Writing Machine from Elliott-Fisher and Adding-Figuring Machine from Sundstrand that are distributed by General Office Equipment Corp, 342 Madison Ave, New York City
Opposite side: Illustration of city scene for "The Country Gentleman" by Curtis Publishing Company and also has inset of a letter from James Black Dry Goods Co of Waterloo, Iowa
History:
Country Gentleman was an agricultural magazine founded in 1831 in Rochester, NY by Luther Tucker. The magazine was purchased by Curtis Publishing Company in 1911. [1] Curtis redirected the magazine to address the business side of farming, which was largely ignored by the agricultural magazines of the time. [2] In 1955, Country Gentleman was the second most popular agricultural magazine in the US, with a circulation of 2,870,380. That year it was purchased by, and merged into, Farm Journal, an agricultural magazine with a slightly larger circulation. [3]

Return shipping is at the buyers expense. If item is received broken, I will require that a picture be sent to submit to process your refund. Shipping discount offered on purchase of more than one of my items that is paid for all at the same time and within 7 days of auction closing.
