Item Description
This is a vintage Lyon & Healy "Beau Ideal" silver plated Baritone. Lyon & Healy sold their "Beau Ideal" model line of instruments around the turn of the 19th century. It has fancy filigree on all of the joints and braces. This Bb Baritone plays surprisingly well considering it's age.

The main tuning slide and valves all move freely, but the valve tuning slides are all stuck and I have not tried to free them up. There are many dings and dents on this instrument, but nothing too serious which would effect it's playability. This Baritone does not come with a mouthpiece or case.
