VINTAGE BLACK LACQUER MINI RICKSHAW THREAD SPOOL HOLDER

I am kind of guessing what this is but, having seen similar items over the years, I do believe that this is probablt meant to be a decorative spool holder. There would be room for more small sewing items inside the ittle rickshaw too. Wooden, black lacquer base with very colorful painting that looks a lot like Pa. Dutch or maybe Spanish designs but not really sure. Front and back of little rickshaw/wagon have removable panels. Top of wagon tongue has "Costa Rica" in gold paint. 7" x 2&1/2" x 3". Some light dings to paint here and there. Add 3.50 shipping US. I accept most forms of payment and will combine shipments whenever practical.
