Vintage Black Patent Vinyl Clutch Handbag w Unique Top

This auction is for a VINTAGE Clutch handbag in Excellent condition. Does not look like it has ever been used. Outside is black patent type vinyl, may be leather. Inside has a colorful material, 2 side pockets. The top of the handbag has a very unique design across the top, see photo. Flip close clasp. Has a chain hand strap.
