.....U.S. BIDDERS ONLY PLEASE....The price of silver is rising and the U.S. Mint has decided not to produce any proof or uncirculated collector's versions of the silver American Eagle (The first time since the series inception in 1986), due to their failure of not being able to get sufficient supplies of both the silver and gold coin blanks needed to produce these coins. This could be a sign that they may not continue minting these coins. The value of these coins can only go upwards. Some investors and economists are expecting the price of both silver and gold to continue climbing. The price of gold has risen to $1059.00 an ounce and silver to almost $18.00 an ounce. This beautiful, mirrorlike proof 2006 West Point minted, 1oz. .999 fine Silver Eagle has the "W" mintmark and is basically minted for collectors. This coin looks perfect and the only thing you see in the pics is the reflection of my camera. This item comes with all the mint packaging (airtite holder, velvet box, outer box and C.O.A.)
