Our shipping quote is for the 48 U.S. Continental States. For residents in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, FPO and APO please email for shipping cost.
Note: UPS will not ship to P.O.Boxes. (P.O. Boxes are an extra $4.00!)
We ship to Canada once a week on Thursdays, using Canadian Post. Payment should be made by Tuesday to ensure a Thursday Shipment. NOTE: If payment is made on Wednesday your item will not ship until the following Thursday.
No other Internationally Shipping Is Available at this time. Shipping Charges are just to high.
We have gone GREEN on shipping. Your item will be packed using Pelaspan-Pac Natural. This packing material is 100% biodegradable, does not release harmful air pollutants, nor use petroleum base raw materials, and it's completely reusable and recyclable! Pelaspan-pac can be discarded on the front lawn and water will desolve it!

Refund Policy:
Items may be returned within 7 days of UPS/USPS delivery Confirmation date for a full refund (buyer to pay return shipping cost). Return your item(s) to Return Address on packing slip. Item(s) should be packed in original material and boxes for return. Send email notification explaining return. We will not accept refunds after the 7 days of UPS/USPS delivery confirmation dates.
Damaged Goods
If your item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition or is damaged. Evidence of damage maybe required. (Item returned or a picture of damage sent by email) We will send a replacement right out to you after verification.

All items are in inventory at the time auctions are listed. If the item becomes out inventory you will be given the option of an immediate refund, or to wait for the item to return to inventory. All iems are Brand New and in box unless otherwise stated.
