Ship in the continential United States only. Sorry, at this time, we do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Peurto Rico, or any military boxes. We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays from our warehouse. Normally item ships within 48-72 hours after auction closes and payment clears. Please allow 3-14 days for delivery (see chart below) depending on the part of the country you live in. We use UPS Ground to the 48 states at this time.

We ship UPS ground (no P.O. Boxes please, as UPS does not deliver to them!) to Continental 48 states only. Sorry, at this time, we do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any military boxes. We will provide you with tracking numbers. We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays from our warehouse. We normally ship within 2 business days of receiving payment. Please allow 3 - 14 days for delivery, depending on the part of the country you live in.. All items are insured and professionally packaged. We notify all my customers when payment has been received and when we ship their item.
If for any reason you feel we have disappointed you in any way, please contact us before you use negative or neutral feedback. This will give us the chance to correct any problem we may not even be aware of. On very rare occasions items can be damaged during shipping.
RETURN POLICY DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you received a product that is DAMAGED I will send you a replacement of the SAME item AFTER photos are received.
You must notify me within 1 day (24 hours) of receipt of your item.
Any item needing to be returned must be returned in its original box & original form (in other words-must be in exact same condition as when it left).
I will not accept any unauthorized returns.
You must contact me prior to any returns being made.
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PHOTOS OF DAMAGED ITEM(S).
You MUST hold onto ALL packaging material including boxes until you receive the replacement.
You may be required to ship the damaged item back (AT MY COST). In this case you will be sent a RETURN TAG to ship the item(s) back using that(ONCE AGAIN-I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH-ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE INCLUDED).
You will be given all instructions of what to do after you contact me about the damaged item (within 24 hours of receiving the item).
IF ALL OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET-YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT---THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.
