12 Inch Tall 1968 Mattel Brad Doll (African American Ken)

This is a vintage Mattel doll named Brad. From Wikipedia: "The first African-American male doll, Brad, was introduced in 1968, as the boyfriend of Barbie's African-American friend, Christie, who was introduced in 1967."

The doll is in very good condition but the outfit has wear and some stains. Brad is sporting an all-white pair of plastic shoes. The pants look like some kind of stretchy knit material while the jacket/shirt is hard to describe. The dolls body is marked Mattel 1968 Malaysia. (see picture #4) Approx. 12" tall. No box,stand or other outfits with this.
