Four (7 oz.) packages of
Red Rooster Rub Original Seasoning Rub
A sweet Kansas City style rub used for slow smoking or
cooking.
Great on Brisket as well as other beef cuts, poultry, pork, fish
and seafood.
Each seasoning rub package or dry rub package is
enough for the following:
1 Boston Butt (pork shoulder) or
1 Whole Brisket or
2 lbs of Hamburger Meat or
2 whole chickens or
1 whole Turkey or
4 - 6 lbs of fish filets (depends on the size of the fish)
or
4 bags of microwave popcorn
Seasoning rubs can be used to marinate meat before
it is cooked, after it is cooked, or injected.
Each Seasoning Rub can be made into an
injectable marinade. Take half the seasoning rub and mix with 1 cup
warm water. Allow to sit for 30 minutes. Inject the meat or use as
a liquid marinade.
Use the other half dry seasoning rub to rub the
meat.
Red Rooster Original Seasoning Rub - contains
very little salt, brown sugar, paprika, and other
spices.
