GOOD FLYWHEEL PULLEY OFF KOHLER 10 HP HORIZONTAL ENGINE. Pulley bolts to flywheel for Generator Belt starting or can use Starter Rope as well by inserting knot into slotted area and wrapping rope around pulley for a hand start when no power for Generator start. Remove belt and use rope. We discount ship multiple purchases when bought at same date and paid for on 1 installment thru paypal. Item is USED with above numbers .
